If you have an iPod or have been to the Apple site lately chances are you've seen this effect before. In this tutorial we'll recreate it using Cinema 4D and After Effects. We'll also focus on multi-pass rendering and compositing in both applications. These tips and tricks can be used in everyday projects in order to speed up production and reduce render times. The beauty of multi-pass rendering! For $15 you'll receive video tutorials and project files for Cinema 4D version 10 & After Effects CS 3. For the most part if you have AE 5.5 & C4D 8 you'll be able to follow along, but will not be able to open the project files. Depth of Field effect requires the Advance Render Module. This project was done in real time to represent a real working experience with only a few edits here and there. Zipped up in two files for easy downloading you'll need to be able to un-stuff these files.
